Processing Times

In an effort to help our customers understand the way how our ordering process time works and why we have put this little guide together to help you so you can look through before ordering, while you order is processing or you are awaiting delivery. We realize the process can be quite stressful, so in an effort to cut down the stress and help you understand where in the process you may be, we've got this guide. From October through Christmas is one of our busiest seasons, as is around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and start of summer - sometimes around proms and homecomings. So please bear with us around these times. Ordering, delivery and sometimes our response time can be a little delayed during these times. Remember, as always, if you have any questions, PLEASE do not hesitate to email us at: sales@fantasyangel.net and ask us. We will be happy to answer your questions. We are here for you and you are our number 1 priority. 1. Wigs - Any wigs may take up to two weeks for delivery sometimes a little more. Usually a few days to process, then 7-10 business days to your door. Most of the time your wig will arrive within 2 weeks. There is no rush shipping for wigs. 2. Elegant Moments Items - OK, shipping will usually be 2-3 days after you order, not counting the days you ordered unless it was very early in the morning. Plus, shipping time. They do not ship on weekends and holidays and sometimes if your order falls on a holiday, it will be another day after they reopen., so plan accordingly. 3. Allure Lingerie - Allow 24-48 for orders to process then ship time - also no shipping on weekends and holidays - this will delay your order a day or too - can also delay the shipping process also. 4. Shirley of Hollywood - 4- 6 Business Days processing time then shipping 5. My Designer Purses - will take 2-3 days to process then shipping will take about 3 business days - no rush orders! 6. My Perfumes - Most go either the day you order if early enough or the day after as long as it's not a holiday or weekend. 7. Be Wicked Costumes - 2 weeks - some may be sooner 8. Hustler - 2 weeks (working on getting this sooner) 9. Pleaser Shoes - 7 days - 2 weeks - this will get better soon-- please note this when ordering we cannot speed up the process to get it to you quicker because the manufacturer has to literally custom make the shoes 10. Karo Shoes - processing 2-3 days than shipping no shipping on weekend and holidays 11. Ujena - processing 2-4 days than shipping no shipping on weekend and holidays 12. Watches - depending on model - some 2-3 days to 2 weeks please inquire 13. Forplay - Processing Time - Typically ships within 4-6 business days. 14. Roma of Hollywood - Typically ships within 3-5 business days. 15. Seven Til Midnight - Typically ships within 2-3 business days. no weekends or holidays. 16. Body Zone Apparel - typically ships within 4-6 business days These are are biggest warehouses - Note that no one ships on holidays or weekends. Most places take a few days to process, so just take that into account when ordering.
