We currently only ship to the U.S., and it's territories and Canada as of July, 2009. Most items can also be shipped to APO and FPO Boxes. We are working on ways to accommodate our customers overseas. Check back often to as we will update when we are able to accommodate overseas customers again.

- What is the availability of your merchandise?
Items shown on the website will be in stock 99% of the time. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, however in the event that a size or color is sold out, we will contact you immediately. We will be happy to suggest an item that is comparable to the one requested as a replacement. Of course, you will have the option to cancel if a suitable replacement is not found or wait for backorder - it's 100% up to you! If you do have to wait on a backorder, we will send you a discount coupon that you can use for your next order at Fantasy Angel designed especially for you for having to go through the inconvenience.
NOTE: If you have been several other places before us and are looking for a certain item and it's been out of stock everywhere else, chances are it's out of stock here too. Please email us first if this is the case and we will check for you and try to give you an estimate as to when you can expect the item to be back in stock. Many popular items sell out quickly from all stores then we have to reorder from our suppliers who may also be out of stock and we all have to wait until they can get shipments out to us again

- What is your shipping policy?
We ship using mainly UPS. Some items will ship USPS or Fedex. There is a shipping estimator on the website right under items so you can estimate shipping costs. You will have your choice of available shipping methods at checkout. If you need something quickly, please email us first at : sales@fantasyangel.net to see if we will be able to accommodate you. Our store is open M-F and we ship M-F, some items may be available for shipping on Sat. Please email us if you need an item quickly. Remember most items ordered on the weekend will not ship till Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Note: We have a $5.00 handling charge for all orders that are $75.00 OR LESS.
Note: Allure Lingerie ONLY ships UPS, so that is the only choice for them.
We may upgrade or change your shipping method to ensure you get your package by a certain time or if a certain shipping to your area is not available at that time or not at all or due to delays in weather, strikes, acts of nature, etc. - you will not be charged more for this, we will take care of any extra expense.

- Where will my package ship from?
Our main office is located in South central Florida, but that doesn't mean your package will be shipped from this location. We ship from several warehouses nationwide depending on the item ordered and sometimes depending on where you ask for delivery, we may ship your order from another warehouse that is closer to the delivery address so we may get you you order faster.

- How long does it take to process my order before shipping?
This varies a lot. Processing times vary by manufacturer and represent the time it takes for the shipping warehouse to process, when they pull and pack your order, then prepare for shipping. This time frame is determined by each individual warehouse, does not include transit times and cannot be altered. We do our best to get your items processed as quickly as possible. Some times will take longer than others. Holidays, bad weather and transit delays may cause a snag in the time. We ask for your patience in the process and are not responsible for this added time. Shoes may take up to 2 weeks to arrive - we are working on getting that time down but for now it can be a wait, so plan accordingly. The price is great though! Generally you should count on giving most manufacturers a couple of days to process the order before shipping. Remember, this should be added to the average transit time for your preferred shipping method in order to estimate when your order should arrive at its chosen destination. - Where can I enter my coupon or promotional code?
It's quite simple to use one of these codes. Just enter the code on the "Payment" page of our checkout process. There's a place called Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupons and right underneath there's a box where you can "Enter Redeem Code." Just enter in your code in that box and when you continue to the next page, your discount will be reflected in your total. If not, please email us before checking out at sales@fantasyangel.net. We will offer you a new code, if yours does not work.

- I paid for 2-day, 3-day shipping etc shipping method, but the package didn't get here by then, now what?
We make every effort to get your shipment there on time and will do our level best to do so, but some things are beyond our control. OK, first you must allow for processing times which you can do by going to our "Processing Time Page" and then add to that time in and account for that. Now once we ship, it's in the hands of the US Post Office, UPS or FedEx - we have no control over that. Now this is why we suggest you order with some sort of tracking method, just in case your shipment gets lost, so you are protected. Of course, if your shipment is lost or stolen we will take steps to reship your item. If you want a refund for shipping that did not make it in time from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you will need to contact them. They are the ones responsible for getting your package to you once it leaves our warehouse. If you need something by a certain time, always try to give yourself plenty of time to allow for shipment and maybe a few days extra so you're not panicking especially during holidays & snowy weather. You may not even be thinking about snow if you are in Florida and realizing that package coming from NY may be delayed due to snow, so just give yourself plenty of time if you have important events to buy for.

- I have a Paypal account with a confirmed address, but I want to send a gift to my girlfriend, so the address will be unconfirmed, is that OK?
Sure, in our business we understand a lot of people give lingerie & perfume as gifts, but the addresses may not always be confirmed. We are one of a very few that accept unconfirmed Paypal addresses. Just do not try to rip us off w/another's Paypal or stolen Credit Card or "borrowed" or whatever, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. We've got good lawyers and record your IP addresses, so we can track you down. Please don't take advantage of this because we offer it to help people and if it gets abused, we'll have to stop offering this service & right now it's helping a great deal of people like college kids, divorced women, people giving gifts to others, some elderly people, people who can't get credit cards, students, etc. who need a place to buy things, please don't ruin it for them.

- Do you charge tax?
Yes and no. By law, we have to charge Florida residents a 6% sales tax. We do not charge a tax to any other states. You will only be charged if your shipping address is in Florida. If your billing is in Florida, but shipping is in another state you will not be charged tax. If you are, please email us for a refund or credit.

Generally, all sales are final, due to health regulations and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on hosiery, panties, lingerie, latex, vinyl, bodysuits, teddys, booty shorts, swimwear, thongs, g-strings, wigs, bras and pantiess, shoes hosiery, custom made dresses, clothing or times or any intimate apparel. (Health regulations require us to maintain these policies)
However we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you return within 7 days unworn, with tags still on, we will replace damaged merchandise.
No Returns on all sale/clearance items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL but we will allow exchanges if item sent was wrong

- What will my Credit Card Statement and packages say?
We are a legitimate, licensed and registered company in the state of Florida - a subsidiary of Red Orchid Boutique. Red Orchid Boutique is Fantasy Angel's Parent Company. So, your Credit Card Statement will read "RedOrchidBo" as will your packages. However, some packages may say, "Red Orchid Boutique/Fantasy Angel", or just Fantasy Angel on them depending on which warehouse they ship from.

- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do on most items. Elegant Moments items can be shipped to PO Boxes but only by USPS, so please do not check UPS as your shipping method if you use a PO Box because they DO NOT allow PO Box Ships. Now, you can get our other items shipped there but you will have to allow a lot longer shipping because we will need to make special arrangements for shipping. Please Check the appropriate box for shipping to a PO Box.

- Do you offer Saturday Shipping?
Yes and No. On some items and Lines, we do. Only the Elegant Moments line can ship Saturdays. Please inquire before ordering or read this carefully, then place order. If you need and item fast or on or by a Saturday, what you should do is select the Saturday shipping option. We will send your package via UPS or FedEX, whichever carrier can get your package there quicker and cheaper or at all. It is quite expensive to ship on Sat, and you only have one choice for price, you can't selct between UPS or FEdex because we have to get whichever one can do it for us last minute and we have to charge what the standard rate for us is. Next, we will put your order in for Sat shipping and if for some reason we cannot do it, we will let you know right away and refund your money., or inform you on how to retrieve you money.
We are changing our policy on quick ship orders and now do not charge customers until we are 100% sure we can get your order out. And, if you want your orders overnight, they must be in by 1:30 PM EST on the Friday before. If you want it 2 day ship for a Sat, it must be in by 1:30 PM EST the Thursday before.
