REFUNDS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGE ADDRESS:
For refunds and exchange address, please email us at: sales@fantasyangel.net so we can give you the proper address to send your merchandise back. Do not send orders back to addresses on invoice without checking with us first. This can cause delays or you may not be able to get refunds, exchanges or credits, at all if sent to wrong place. Refunds and exchanges have to go through certain procedures and depending on what you bought, it may need to go back to a different address than what is on your invoice, plus you may need an RMA number to do an exchange - this is very important or you will not receive a refund or credit, or exchange without this number if you item is sent to the wrong place. Please email us at sales@fantasyangel.net for instructions on how to do an exchange -Please email, you need paperwork and instructions and a RMA or other numbers given to you - you can call, but we cannot do it over the phone. Emailing is the best way. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT PROPER PAPERWORK _ IF YOU DO, THERE IS A CHANCE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE, IF WE DO NOT GET THE MERCHANDISE BACK - BE FOREWARNED - - JUST BECAUSE YOU SEND IT BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE, THIS MAY BE A SUPPLIER OR EVEN AN OLD ADDRESS OF OURS - YOU MUST AND WE REPEAT MUST, GET THE PROPER ADDRESS BEFORE SENDING BACK, DO NOT ASSUME YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS!!!! Please contact us before returning anything. These addresses are here merely to help you if you need to look up once you've contacted us about which place you need to return your merchandise. Returning your merchandise to the wrong place, may cause it to become lost and then you will have no proof of return, so please contact us first for proper paperwork to accompany returns.
Please Note: We are on holiday until Tues. Sept 7. Our administrative offices will be closed until this time. However, most of our warehouses will still be shipping during this time. If you have placed an order before August 23, it will probably be dispatched sometime this week or next. If you place an order between Aug. 23 and Sept. 6, there is no guarantee your order will go out until we get back from holiday break. Any administrative dealings will be handled after this time. If you need exchanges or any questions answered, you will have to wait until we are back into the offices on Sept. 6. We will handle all orders and matters in the order they come in and this may take some time once we get back, so we ask for your patience. We will be open and back into the administrative office on the Friday before labor day to take care of any pressing matters, then closed again on the Labor Day weekend and on Monday, Sept. 6, Labor Day.
